U probably strained hard, don't push too hard next time, let gravity pull down. When U tend to push hard U can get internal hemorrhoids, it happened to a friend of mine & she would bleed everytime she had a bowel movement. Cause as the stool is passing is rubbing against it so Ur gonna bleed, even when U push hard U'll bleed.

Lol, you don't need to seek medical attention. You just had an unusually large poop and your asshole isn't normally stretched. This is a good thing. Keep it that way.

It's most likely a urinary, or Rectal infection.
