Yes, they are called Montgomery glands, they are tiny pimple-like lumps around your nipple, on the areola. The white stuff they secrete when squeazed is normal.

your not meant to squeeze them, they are perfectly normal.

They are lubricating oil ducts. Stop squeezing before you cause an infection.
