You need to find 2 bug species that don't get along, many types of ants will typically fight many other insects. Put them in a jar together and the fight ensues.
Well...I remember in fourth grade, we read a story called the Three Strong Women. We played outside and found 2 thorn bugs. We put 1 on top of the other and had A Sumo Buggy Match. It was cute 'cause we had our own crowd!
