In the center of my chest right below my breasts, I have a darkish bruise, and it seems to be from my bra. It never really bothers me when I'm wearing it, but I was wondering- is that normal?
What colour is your bra, and are you sure that's a bruise? My wife once thought she had horrible bruises all over her legs but it turned out that her new jeans were just staining her skin, it was hilarious.
Otherwise yeah, it's probably the wrong size or the underwire is a bit bent.
Could be the wrong size, or maybe you just don't need underwire (which could be the case if you have small breasts).
Go to Nordstrom and get fitted properly (don't go to Victoria's secret, their sizes are weird). I went a few weeks ago and my boobs feel SO much better!
Go to a lingerie shop and get one fitted professionally. I'm guessing its the wires in the bra that are causing the bruises. Maybe the wires are becoming bent? Happened to me and turns out I was wearing one 2 sizes too small lol
maybe its cause of that metal thingy inside the bra..the one that holds our breast..maybe your bra size is to small and you need a bigger size.
It could be because you're bra is not the right shape for you anymore or it has become mis-shaped in the wash. I would have thought that your body shape isn't in shape with the underwiring in your bra. So if it becomes a problem you should try a new bra, get measured, or try a bra without wire.
