Maybe I don't have any business responding since I'm a guy, but generally speaking, if something changes from the norm, it's usually not a good sign. You should get yourself checked out just to be sure. You may be having some sort of clotting problem. Hopefully it's nothing bad.
Thanks for the info. That sounds like a good idea. Come to think of it, myabe it was a build up (or clot) since I actually didn't get my period for a couple months (due to stress). I'm not preggo (took like 7 tests, lol). But yeah I think I will ask my doc about this. Thanks again!
Also some women have claimed to lose a period if you exercise a lot. So this is common in some athletes as well. You have nothing to worry about. Most of the people on this page do not seem to know anything about what they are talking about.
If you lose a period due to excessive exercise, that's not "nothing to worry about." That's BAD. I'm not going to assume that's what the OP has going on, but this needs to be clarified: THAT IS BAD.

How is that bad? I heard some Olympics athletes have lost it. That excessive exercise and training can slow it down.

Just because it happens doesn't mean it's normal or good.
