Brother got drug dealer friend staying at my house

Can someone help please. My brother moved in with me two weeks ago, has refrused to leave, and been smoking meth there. Dealing with that has been hard enough, but now his drug dealer buddy that he's bought his shit from has been staying at my house the last four nights too. This was my place and I do not deserve this shit. My brother has already been refusing to move out and now him and his meth head dealer buddy won't leave either. I don't know how to get rid of them. I can't call the police because drug dealers shoot you for that. I don't know what to do, any ideas anybody!?

Put his shit outside and change the locks..If he or the other guy breaks in, call the cops, who'll then get them on the drugs..You reported the break-in, not drug use..Either way, he has to go.

My ex-wife once had a friend, who was a known addict, stay with us for one night. One night..And I watched that woman every minute. Told my one guy friend, who worked with the woman at a chain restaurant, that my then-wife invited "Amy" to stay the night, and he said "Don't leave her alone. Ever. She'll rob you blind". He even suggested hiding her purse so she couldn't steal from us and stash it in there.

Didn't need her purse. When she threw her jacket onto the kitchen table chair, a freaking needle fell out. Made some excuse about being diabetic, but I wasn't buying it at all. Really didn't let her out of my sight all evening. Never again.

    It was only one night, mostly because I put my foot down on this one. Told then-wife I don't want Amy here, at all. Bad enough now she knows where we live. Thankfully, that was the end of that. No more Amy ever again.

I have no advice really because yeah, there is a good chance you could lose your home (not sure about the specifics). I know the crack house on our block finally got busted. It used to house a bunch of losers but now it is vacant and boarded up (got boarded up the same day of the bust)

Typically when it comes to freeloaders who want to "say maybe a couple days", they tend to bring their OWN house guests. Kind of like having rats or roaches - it WON'T be just the one.

My room mate, before she came to stay with me, had let someone move in with her, and of course the "guest" brought in his own guests, who brought in cats, who brought in fleas, who brought in... Oh you get the idea.

So yes, house guests not wanting to leave IS noraml and a real PITA

Tell him he has 1-2 days (depending on how much shit he has there) to pack his shit and leave, or you'll be forced to call the police and they'll force him to. If he starts threatening you and tells you to screw off or something, then just go ahead and call the police and tell them about this drug dealing bastard bringing drugs into your home. You can't let people push you around and use you like that. You can keep your brother there and try to help him get off the meth if you want, but if he doesn't want help then there's nothing you can do really other than kick him out too.

Even if he has dangerous connections who think they could come get your ass for revenge, you'll only get sucked in deeper until you're forced to get help.

Sooner is better than later.
