I found my 22 year old sister and 14 year old brother in bed together. She had her arms round him and everything. She said they were watching a film together and he fell asleep in her bed and that she had her arms round him to keep warm.

Although it could be a number of situations, maybe don't jump to the conclusion that they were doing anything incestual. Maybe they were really just watching a movie and fell asleep. My male cousin and I hug up to each other all the time, wrestle, and he used to hold me in his lap when I was little--but nothing sexual ever happened. It's good for siblings to be close, I think.
There is nothing wrong with that. I think its wierd for a family to be so...'loving', but nothing you said is sexual. I couldnt stand my siblings when i was that age. It may just be one of those really wierd, happy families. I would keep my eyes out for wierd sexual shit, and if you notice any wierd shit, i would tell your mother/father. Maybe keep your ears and eyes more open than normal I would say, but dont be a dick about it, or say wierd shit. There is nothing wrong with people holding each other, just keep a healthy awareness into the situation.
Hmm...a 22 year old girl doesn't usually sleep with 14 year old boy with her arms wrapped around his body. My guess is your big sister found herself a cute little toy boy to play with. As long as she is on birth control and I highly doubt there is any complaints from her little brother, then I don't see a problem with it. Maybe wait and listen after they've gone to bed together and see if you can hear any sound, if you know what I mean?
