Fucking A is an old U.S. Military term. Used a lot in the Vietnam era. It means "Fucking Affirmative" which was later shortened to Fuckin A. So your wrong on the American part but you have the British one right. Their accent makes hell sound like L.
There are other variations of fucking A. Like Fucking Aye. It basically means hell yes. Not sure where you came up with anarchy. Maybe that's a new variation. Times change and so do words. Gay used to mean happy. Not anymore.
Words do change. Who ever uses the word fresh to mean smartass anymore? Same with saying "what's the idea?" instead of "what's up with that?" and "how do you mean?" instead of "what do you mean?".

This is true I am from Bermuda. We get both.
