    I don't know about why Americans say "fuking a" but I do know that British people are just saying "fuking hell" but because of their accent they pronounce the h as silent so it sounds like "fuking l".

      I never thought of that, and I'd been to the UK. I always thought they were saying fucking L. As for saying fucking A in America, I've been told that it means fucking Agree and fucking Awesome.
