  • Eating a healthy balance of vitamins and minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats will definitely keep you healthy...
    But if you think about it, most breakfast foods have a balance of all of those if you add some fresh fruit and vegetables on the side:)
    I guess you could eat breakfast foods as much as you want to, as long as you exercise to burn it off... But You should consider eating a bit healthier I suppose. Only if you want. I mean, life is pretty short so you might as well enjoy the things you love:)
