my friend has had 13 sex partners only 16 years of age and is a female...is that even normal? in my opinion that is just way too many and she needs to learn to control herself. also it gets on my nerves how she brags about it and she makes fun of me becasue i havent had sex with as many guys as she had. please tell me if this is right or just plain wrong.

    I had a friend just like this. Everday she was telling us about her weekend and what she did. Eventually got to the point I didn't care anymore and slapped her.
