Both are equally manipulative. But not all manipulation is bad. You can manipulate a situation to gain adavantages for others, not just yourself. It's just usually looked at in a negative context. But take a surprise party, for example. You have to manipulate people to pull one off successfully. And they usually aren't for evil reasons. Any type of group organizing is manipulation. Whether you are organizing soldiers, animal lovers, cancer survivors, children, or your neighbors, it is what you do with that power that is important. Are men or women more likely to use that power to cause negative reactions? It does not matter.
OP, are you trying to manipulate us into another battle of the sexes? What do you hope to gain with this type of question?

I wanted to force poeple to think and anyone else would have to comment this aswell creates a conflict so they can not just say both and have to justify why they picked what they pick as in these kindve things . I was cosidering putting both and im like nah .
That is very true good piont. Oh no I had another piont I thought if I had a both that I will not see what poeple thought I wanted to see if poeple had to pick a side which would they pick . This gives me imformation as who has been hurt in the past and what poeple have pbserved also it forces the poeple who believe both to comment so I get more comments on my thread I auctully pulled a trick of my own . So I didnt bother adding a both option I also figured that 90 percent would pick one or the other becuase poeple tend to be biest so Im did not think anyone would auctully put both and the poeple who put both would be forced into commenting either way I accomplished my goal .
so that charlie manson may not have been a geniues but the kids he captured were stupid and thought dating a man over 20 years older than them selves with a great Idea becuase children are insane i do not understand teenagers and this is becoming the norm for so man teenagers I have no idea why and i would be thier watching all my freinds be taken away or something bad happen as they told me about thier wonderful lovers over 20 years older and to them it seemed fantastic . I never understude the allure but to highschoolers its very common . I hated highschool and would watch this happen every day I lost many of my freinds to this kindve situation and they never listen to anyone who gos against it.
