talk with him. Who cares if you feel like your complaining too much. Obviously this is bothering you and will continue to unless you get the issue resolved. If it doesn't go well move on. Their is someone out there who will not treat you like this. But give him the benefit of the doubt so to speak first. Their might be some other issue he might be going through that is weighing on him that he is dealing with and if that's the case than try to be there for him.
