That may be, and I don't have a problem with it, although males still get the short end of the stick. I don't know about the child and mother bond thing though. I think if a father is dedicated and wants to be the best father he can be, then his bond with his child is equally as strong.
In that case, they should take priority over families, not women and children. They should change it to "Atleast let the children and their carers go". That seems more fair, don't you think?
Yeah, that is fair, but a lot of the time life isn't fair. I mean, that women could abuse her kids, but because she's the mother it's assumed she's caring:/ But on the other side of the spectrum, men are constantly given advantages based purely on their gender, and that isn't fair either.
Agreed, which makes it just mean my original point, that we all have our own hardships for each gender that the other doesn't have to worry about much.
