Well ya??!!!! But seriously is that normal !straining and pushing it is comfortable to sit there but not when it makes you late for appointments or if you take forever when your out at night and your in the bathroom for so long! A habit I can't seem to kick! Ritualizing and doing compulsions. But thanks for your reply!
