If I get knocked on the floor. When I pick myself up I say in my head "everyone get up". Its hard to say it outside of personified organs and body parts. "Come on brain work!" all of this is said by my internal voice almost like I'm narrating my own life.

When I refer to a specific part of my body I use words like "we and us" because the body is a collective but you are just one entity.
