Dang! That would break my heart to see books in such bad condition though. Dont know how you do it. Jesus christ if a bunch of kids did that to me I'd be like nope break time. Hopefully you get back to something less hectic soon. Do you at least get to read on the job?
Getting used to recycling the damaged books was hard. About the little goblins, I marched straight to the break room once that shit show was over, someone asked if I wanted tea and I told her I needed a stiff drink.
Although reading isn’t banned it’s a public library so there’s usually too much palava going on with the kids, oldies or oddballs to find time to read, I’ve only managed three times in a year and a half.
Book shopping irritate anyone else?
