Ladies if you knew of an event that was going on like this would you go to it.
There's a party going on, not like a rave or college party, something that (except for this one thing) would be considered somewhat classy. Like a nice social gathering with, drinks, food, and a ballroom dance area. People walk around, sip a drink, eat one of those tiny sandwiches and chat with each other.

Here's what makes it unique, Every girl would go there with the understanding that anyone can touch her boobs, guy or girl and she can do the same of course. Also all the women would be topless(or if they were too shy in just a bra), or wearing a top but have their breasts hanging out.

So girls would walk around with their breasts either completely exposed, or just covered by bra, and anyone can come up and touch them; all the while they are being touched and admired, everyone still carries on the rest of the night in a more or less normal manner, walking around, chatting about life, eating tiny sandwiches and drinking wine.

Ladies would you attend such an event?

    I know of a Canadian woman who can't get off during 'normal' sex and needs to be raped. Apparently, so-called rape parties are legal in Toronto (I don't know about the rest of Canada, but she's from Toronto). She goes to these parties which is basically a darkened room and signs over her consent at the door.       A thorough reflection indeed. Sexual standards for humans must remain relatively high. For dogs, standards can be lower. The Brits have adapted by having sex much the way dogs do. It is called "dogging" and it is popular around sunset in car parks of the London area.

        Yeah, it doesn't sit easy with me either. I've tried to analyse my feelings about it. On the one hand I like the idea of sex with a woman who has the mental age of a child. But not like this! This just feels like a form of exploitation.
