So obviously this is not normal but I feel like sharing. So I'm disabled with Spina bifida and as such have to pee using a catheter. Ive always used a stall for the privacy but recently when its a single urinal and no ones around I use the the urinal and get a boner because I'm taking my dick out in "public".     It sounds like you find getting your penis out in a more public setting arousing because you have exhibitionist tendencies. Those aren't that uncommon, but the majority of people think exhibitionists (well, male exhibitionists anyway) are freaks and so very non-normal.

    Waving your dick around in a men's room is likely to get you attention, some of which you might enjoy, but show off your dick to the wrong guy and you might require hospitalisation. Also, boys use men's rooms, so turning around with your dick out as a father and his young son walk in could result in you visiting official places you never want to see.
