Body won't adjust to skipping lunch everyday

So for 6 months now, I have been skipping lunch everyday. Even so, I'm still super hungry everyday around lunch time. Is it normal that after skipping lunch so long, I still feel so hungry

Is It Normal?

  • Eat lunch. Skipping meals can slow down the metabolism. It's a real pain in the ass to speed it back up.

  • It's completely normal to still feel hungry. I haven't really bothered with having lunch in about 2/3 years and I still get hungry every day at that time. Trust me, it's better to just stop skipping.

  • its easier to skip breakfast. did it for the first 40 years of my life. the skinny years. Always ask the skinny how and what to eat, never anyone else. they dont have a clue.

  • Its easy to skip lunch if you do a few basic things like drink plenty of water, have a small snack in between breakfast and when most people have lunchtime, and eat a fruit like banana or apple slices in the late afternoon. You can avoid lunch as long as you're giving your body something.
