Body art on my johnson

I have a prince albert (e.g. a dick piercing), and I also have a tattoo on my dick of a barber pole. I'm planning to get a second tattoo on my ballsack. That one is going to be of the monopoly man smoking a joint, but I'm having a hard time finding an artist to do it.
