Blurry vision at will

Okay, so I'm kinda confused because I've been able to blur my vision on purpose like I don't know how to explain it. All I can say is I'm able to blur my vision at will. I'm not even a pre-teen yet but I've been able to do this for as long as I can remember.

    I can sort of like blurry the background and focus the foreground or vice versa. But i try not to do it, i dont know if its good for your eyesight

    yeah it is normal, sometimes i try this too. Ask your friend or anybody to observe your retina while you try to blur the vision. The retina expands
