Not sure if it's normal, but it's common enough. My husband always kisses me after. I usually just hold him off a bit and kiss him lightly after I blow him because I know I don't like kissing after he eats me, but after he eat me he gives me a hard, full tongued kiss. I've gotten used to it and go along because I think it'd be rude not to, plus I tried to wipe his face off first once and he was a bit irritated. Keep the peace and just go along with it.
