I don't understand why we'd willingly and knowingly accept being lied to about food, something incredibly important to our wellbeing.
Imagine if you went to the pharmacy for some some painkillers and they gave you cyanide, telling you "You won't feel a thing ten seconds after you've taken one of these". There'd be outrage.
Sure, food takes longer to kill you, but isn't it the same thing?
Blame the media or blame the parents?
