Yes and when we have too many on welfare and not enough workers to support them the country goes poor. That is how taxes work. You want more unwanted kids? You want more unwanted babies just because your too stupid to use protection? What a great person you must be.

To contribute to the population and to keep the family going. There are charitys and welfares for the poor.
