That is some good advice up there. I have a different issue going on with me. I have a surgical hernia that got larger with time, and it needs an operation. Taking time off work is not an option for me though. But I can relate to the big belly issue. I look pregnant at least five months. Certain shapewear will help. The miracle suit is one brand that you
can look into. spanx is another brand. Just don't get shapewear too small if you are going to wear it. It hurts.
