Exercise regularly and perhaps adjusting your diet. If you eat crappy food and don't exercise, it'll collect. The stomach is the hardest area to target if you want it to be flat. So if that's what you're going for, I suggest adjusting your diet and exercising starting with cardio to burn off the fat.
