What I've gleaned from your post is that he is lazy, irresponsible, dwells in his own filth, has a temper problem and doesn't respect you.
If you enjoy cleaning a boyfriend's or husband's home, there's nothing wrong with that. That's a kink for some people!
But staying in a relationship with someone who seems not at all ready for a relationship--or adulting in general--seems unwise. Trust me, you can do better.
