This sounds to me like a combination of projection and justification:

"I'm a horny dog who wants to screw every half-hot girl I see, and all the guys I hang with are like that, so therefore all men are are like that. And, anyway, I've read somewhere that guys are hard-wired to think like that, and how can you argue with nature?"

In fact, not all guys are like him, but he has now told you what's going on in his head, and you'd be stupid not to take that into account when considering your future.

Biology is a moot point. Were not out here knocking up random women. This isn't Animal Planet. A lot of animals are monogamous. It makes sense to have all your kids with one woman if you want your genes to spread. That way you can help them come up properly and go on to have kids of their own. Monogamy is to most a biological drive that comes naturally. Not that there's anything wrong with the alternative. It's just not for everyone as he says it is. Women have just as much a desire to propagate their genes. So whatever way you feel any man can feel on the matter.
