bf doesn’t text me a lot

I'm so glad I taught my girlfriend that I simply don't like texting... It's annoying fodder... If you have something to say, call me. I am more than willing to talk to you. But getting a text saying "hey" is just stupid... Obviously you want to talk, so let's talk. The thing about talking is that you can do it while doing something else. You could be driving, eating, watching a movie, fixing something around the house and still be able to talk. But texting requires you to dump everything you are doing and focus on jabbing a touchscreen! Really annoying! So I would say yes... Very normal.
