I want invite you to think of this as a sort of emancipation, and choose to congratulate yourself on your freedom. I think things would have been better had you chosen to break up with him instead of letting him call the shots, but least now you can be rid of him. He was a no good loser, and you are better off without him! You're blinded by hurt and pain right now, but believe me you are better off without him, and things will get better!
