If none of you want a open relationship why agree on it. Obvi he doesn’t want you messing around and you mention you don’t wanna talk to guys. Then why still do it and lie he’s obvi not gunna trust you if you lie to him. Whole situation seems immature my vote is move on from this weird childish thing going on and stay separated.
