Agree with two of the above comments. Either tell your dad, or blackmail your mom. She must pay for her deeds somehow, and in both instances she'll be paying, and will thus be partly relieved of the guilt, and some justice will be served.
What you witnessed gave you something most people hate: responsibility. But it also gave you something a lot of men thirst after: power (in this case over your mother). So make sure you use this power wisely and that the punishment --be it in the form extortion of money/services from mom, or spilling the beans to dad-- remains proportional to the crime.
