Amazon has a ton of vibrators and sex toys, and you can get them in a couple of days in discreet shipping.

Check out Lovehoney, they're in the UK and Australia, I don't know about the rest of the world. My latest acquisition from them is a "Womanizer" type clitoral stimulator, rechargeable and not too noisy except on the highest speeds which are too intense for me anyway.

Depends on where you live, really. I live in the EU and get stuff from Sinful, they have good cheapy things. And ship in plain boxes.

Also read reviews before you buy one! Especially about the noise...one person's quiet is someone else's jet engine apparently, so try to find one where it's generally accepted as being quiet.

I honestly don't know, but I think you should do a Google search, start reading reviews.
