Getting away from other people. Go through youtube. Dont watch any political shit or look at any youtube comments.
When I need to destress, I legit pull out some kinetic sand and put in a movie. Eventually I get lost in the sand and forget about the movie.
Music and isolating myself from other people. Taking a nice walk can help too.
I feel music works the best for me but now I got so many ideas. Stress gets the best of me 😩
Any form of intimacy or sexual act, music or the gym. That's all I fuckin need.
Also, I took magic mushrooms once and that one experience taught me a huge amount about my own mind and how I deal with things.
I kinda meditate, I just concentrate on my own breathing and clear my mind for a moment. It helps to break the cycle of thoughts where you go into a repetitive loop. I also listen to the Duncan Trussell Family Hour podcast, the way he describes things helps me to take a step back from whatever situation I'm in and see how ridiculous it is to be upset about anything rather than just trying to sort it out. I'm not exactly religious but I find listening to buddhist or hindu teachers such as Ram Dass usually helps, due to the calm and rational approach they have to things. Even some Christian preachers are good but a lot of them are too literal and completely miss the point of what they are trying to teach.
