Best way to forget??

I hate memories I have, I don't care about society's views, people are annoying me, but I mostly just want to forget. My question: What is the best way/thing for forgetting or erasing memories? I've heard there are pot strains that can cause you to forget things if anyone knows them PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN A COMMENT! (I already smoke) I don't know a lot of ways so help would be nice.

    the best answer is to not forget but to live with it and learn from it

    if you forget everything bad then you never learn from it... and you may find yourself right back making the same mistakes or getting into the same situations.

    you take the bad memories and use them - use them as motivation to make your life better, or to protect others from things you weren't protected from.

      This. Not to mention it's not scientifically possible to erase controlled memories, at least not yet. I've never really understood the appeal anyway. Without my bad memories I would know nothing.

    Well meditate on the memories and on how and why you do not like them. Relive them in their entirety live it all out. Now it is just a matter of accepting what has happened and basically not caring about it anymore.

    Why forget anything? I think it's so nice to remember all you've seen and been in any small ways that you still can.

    It may be hard to change your attitudes about certain things, but you can feel how you would like about all that's past.
