I was exactly the same but worse. I loved all that music. I think there's a reason why entertainment exchange shops all seem to have the same things in; as soon as you get to a certain age you stop relating to them.
I’ve since got back into music I grew up with.
Now they just give me a headache. I do like their instrumental though so I play that but no more.
im a sensible person so i realized they were the main reason why i was misrable. i dont regret ditching them at all. the rapper was pretty good but he dosent rap on the new album anyways.
i got sick of there negitivity and like you said i proberly matured and just grew out of it. anger and bitterness is a horrible thing to have.
you were worse eh. were you listnin to them everyday hangining on there every word thinkin they were right coz i wasted alot of years doing that.
as a matter of irony i listin to AILD now who are alot more aggresive BUT they have meaningful lyrics and i hear there a christian band so thats good i suppose, anyways
Yes. I don't regret it either. I've had a couple of problems with my behaviour anyway due to disability but since I stopped listening they've almost gone. It can't have been Linkin Park's fault – they're just a band after all – but that type of thing isn't good for me to hear.
I made the mistake of putting 'With You' on the other day but I just sat there crying. I passed their album straight on to someone else.
Best linkin park album?
