Bellybutton pain

All my life my belly button will randomly hurt when I pee or stretch my stomach, it happend once maybe twice a year I’ve searched all over the internet but all I can find is that my appendix is about to explode. I know that’s not true because This has been happening ever since I can remember. The pain can be extreme at times but never lasts long I’ve never really mentioned it to My parents cause when I have in the past they have no idea what I’m talking about . Has anyone else experienced something like this ?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

It’s time to go to the doctor my friend. You may have an umbilical (belly button) hernia. This is a condition where some parts of the organs in your stomach are, at times, pushing against your stomach muscles when they shouldn’t be.
Symptoms of an appendix problem do not typically persist (last) for years - so it’s unlikely your appendix is going to “explode”. If you had appendicitis, you’d be in constant non-stop pain - you’d know it. Tell your parents you may have a hernia and that you need to be examined by a doctor. When you see the doc, tell him/her exactly what’s happening and they’ll diagnose what’s going on. Good luck.

All your life and you haven't told your parents or consulted a doctor? Do both RIGHT NOW, MilitaryMedic is almost certainly correct with the hernia t heory.
