This is prominent in people with innie belly buttons, you people that have outies or belly buttons that you can SEE the end to won't understand. I'm talking about people with innie belly buttons that you can't see the end to unless you spread it super wide and even then barely see or not see at all.
Anyway yes, the bacteria and stuff grows rapidly in there if not cleaned daily resulting in a smell, worse case it's fungi growing in it.
