What is a wang? Are you Chinese? If not, speak English like the rest of us here. Fearing being naked in front of others is a symptom of the sexual repression enforced mostly by Christianity and is the leading cause self loathing and body dysmorphic disorder.
Personally I wouldn't undress in front of family but with people you know to be accepting of nudity makes personal acceptance of your own physical flaws (everyone has them) far easier to handle.
Being very self conscious about being seen naked.
