    No, we walked to the mall/Walmart. I call them social standards and I have high ones due to my anxiety. If someone would say something not appropriate or too loud I have to tell them what they did or say isn't cool.

      I just meant for me I call that those words, just to kinda show about me, and that I can relate to having internal rules to follow

      I used to get even more embarrassed for being embarrassed in the first place, so like I'd start to say something and then refuse to speak
