From personal experience i know how this goes first it's all innocent like oh i love my son/daughter but just give it a few days and you'll see them aggressively staring at your stomach and licking their lips, wait a couple weeks and i guaruntee you will wake up to him dry humping your pregnant stomach. Don't go down tge same path i did, please.
