You're clearly unhappy with this. She needs to realize that sex isn't anymore animalistic than eating food or pooping. If she is uninterested in sex, that's fine. She still can't go criticizing you for the fact that you have an itch that needs scratched. She can't tell you you're wrong for wanting sex. Not even God says you should never have sex. And that guy can be pretty damn harsh, according to many books. So she needs to seriously get off your back about it.
As for you two staying together and not having sex, well I can't say she isn't within her rights to not want sex. You have to decide how important this is to you. Honestly, I imagine quite important. Important enough to tell her she needs to have an uncomfortable conversation with you if she cares about your feelings.
