Bed vibrating not me

Ok so I up now 348 am and I woke up like 30mins ago and my bed was vibrating or pulsing and it freaks me out. So this has been happening off an on I have no idea what it is but it stops usually when I get outta the bed. Not to mention at night I also hear a beat r what I thought was a heavy foot step a few months ago. But turns out it's just echoing through the house when everyone is sleeping smh. It even seems like it's the houses heart beat (scared ikr) and this beating doesn't stop when I wake up and walk around, sometimes it even beats louder or faster. I don't know what it is my sleep patterns are a little off but I'm almost certain this is not bc of a sleep disorder. I was told by a friend it sounds like voodoo or cre cre to make me feel uncomfortable I'm my home. And so I just looked under my mattress and I see a lot of dark gray dust that seemed oddly misplaced bc my mattress and box spring were wrapped so it didn't come from them. So I'm just looking for an explanation if anyone can come up with one please help. I am a logical person so I've considered logical possibilities but this stuff seems little freaky

its part of the gang stalking harassment, perpetrators use technology to create sound waves that create the vibrations. u can google anything relating to gangstalking/vibrations. if this is happening to u, u are a targeted individual. these people want u to think, believe and tell others that its supernatural etc. so others will think ur crazy etc. bc they kno odds are, no one will believe u and label u, thus lessening ur credit as a sane person. hard to understand the "why you", but just research it. if u find any solutions, id love to learn about them. the pounding is them trying to, along w the vibrations, deprive u of sleep. sleep deprivation causes, among other things, mental problems.

Earthquake or your house may be haunted.

  • When I was a kid, we lived in a house with hardwood floors throughout, and we had a similar situation. We would often hear a faint humming sound at night, and our furniture would sometimes be moved or askew from where it should have been. My parents had to take breakable items from shelves to keep them from breaking on the floor. We weren't mentally ill and we didn't believe in the paranormal.

The culprit, we later deduced after my father spoke with a worker for the power company, was an electrical substation quite close to our house that sent microvibrations through the ground and to the house. The furniture and other items would naturally vibrate to the low point in the floor.

I bet its something like that. Is there a mining operation near your home? The dust and pounding sounds and vibrating would all occur if that were the case. Large water mains running under your house? An underground stream? Look into such things and I bet you will find the answer. If not, get psychiatric help.

If you use an electric blanket, unplugit from the power outlet ans see if it clears.
