Bed shaking

For several years I have worked je to my bed shaking and once in awhile it happens on my way to sleep. The first time I remember is with sharing a bed with my Mom and waking in the night to blame my Mom and to figure out it was not her. My mom told me that this had happened to her too and not to worry. The next time I remember was on a trip to the southern west end of Mexico and it was happening there when I was awake. And not that long ago it happened to my son who woke me up scared in the night cos it was happening to him. Has anyone else experienced this and what have they figured out?
Thanks for any sincere, kind words, knowledge or advice.

Off the top of my head, dehydration can make your brain trick you to think something broke, shook or rattled in the immediate area. Depending on where you stay there are houses that rattle when things go by - more noticeable in the dark when nothing is going on. Little kids get thirsty fast, so maybe same prpblems as above. People get more freaked out because bed needs to be safe, but people jumping to the conclusion it's ghosts or something would be silly without going for rational reasons first.

Is it subtle shaking or is it hard shaking violent shaking what kind of shaking is it?

I have experienced the subtle shaking myself but I've always just disregarded it, to be honest with you. To be honest there's a lot of experiences I have I try to forget cuz I can't explain then. But they make me wonder at times!

    1) It is mainly caused by geophysical effects, that are caused by gravity wave propogations in the mesosphere; that is due mostly to solar phenomena, such as solar flares, high-speed particle streams, solar wind, coronal mass ejections, etc., as well as by some relatively proximate astrophysical sources.
These have been increasing in intensity lately, because the world's protective geomagnetic field has been diminishing at an accelerating rate relatively recently.

    2) As the world is currently undergoing a process that will probably result in a geomagnetic pole reversal, within the next 1,000 to 4,000 years; there are wave formations in the liquid magma part of the world's core. This can cause geophysical effects, such as shakings and vibrations, in the mantle and lithosphere.
This is not a singular event. The geomagnetic field is expected to reverse several times before it settles into its reverse configuration. Also, there will be multiple geomagnetic poles, periodically, which are not in alignment with one another, nor in alignment with the geographic poles, or the magnetic poles. It could be said, generally, that the world's geomagnetic field will become confused, and we are currently at the beginning of that process.
All of this causes all kinds of unusual geophysical effects.
