My sister and I (19 and 18) are very comfortable naked with each other. Our mom passed away last year and we are trying to figure out how to be nude at home without freaking out our dad. Any ideas?
You are 18 and 19. Move out and get your own place. Then you can be nude all you want to. And you won't have to worry about freaking out your father.
If we did that , which is currently finically impossible, then when he came to visit we would still be naked. Also, since he is alone now we do not believe it is good for him to be totally lonely now. Option is off the table. Thanx
Well just tell your dad that he has to call before he comes over to respect your privacy. You don't have to tell him why. It would be your home not his. And it isn't financially impossible. Many people live on their own with a meager income you can too. I believe your father is a big enough person to be able to live on his own. Sooner or later he will have to anyway. I could believe that this option might be off the table if this were a troll post. Are you just trolling?
I find this wrong,I dont think your dad needs to see his daughters naked after losing his partner.
start going nude and when he sees 1 or both of you nude and ask's questions about it . just tell him you to did it before but he just didnt know about it
Tell your dad and see if he wants to join in with your nudism. Me and my family (my wife and two 14 year old daughters) are all nudists and love being naked.
Simple start of topples then slowly work up to nudity otherwise he might get offended or the wrong idea
Start going around the house with a little less each time. If he doesn't say anything, you two will be going nude around the house and so will he.
Exactly. Just keep pushing the boundary, then cross it from time to time. Even if there’s resistance, back off for a while then try again. Eventually you will probably win. I’m a house nudist. My wife has mixed feelings. She loves my nudism sometimes and later doesn’t like the situation. I need to keep pushing the boundaries. Sometimes try a thong or something see-through during those difficult moments until we are all nude. Nudism is just being comfortable nude and enjoying the low stress. Keep enjoying the low stress and don’t complicate things.
If your dad was comfortable with the idea you'd already know. You could both, at different times and occasionally, go from the show to bedroom to get cloths to see how he reacts. If he doesn't react, just increase the frequency, to see seeing you both becomes the the norm. For my parents it was the norm, we shared baths & room together. The house was small, so that continued until we moved out and always having a hot shower often meant sharing one.
I agree. That is basically what I did. Growing up, mom and us girls went nude but the guys didn't. Both my sister and I stopped when as we started to develop. A lot of time went by and I started missing being nude at home. I started being nude in my room again.
This thing was, I wasn't totally innocent any more. I wanted to look and SEAM to be all innocently nude, but I really wanted the friends of my dad and brothers, who've seen me nude for years growing up, to see me now all full developed and for me to see their reactions.
I started by wearing less and less in the house. Next came streaking to the laundry room and to the kitchen late at night. I knew it was only a matter of time before I got caught. Since mom always did the same I wasn't worried about her. I wasn't too worried about my brother's either. They got up in the night sometimes but they don't blab. It was my Dad I was worried about. Dad usually went to bed early and for keeps.
Well, Dad was the first to catch me streaking at night. OOPS! Well, actually, he was really cool about it. He just told me I looked beautiful and goodnight hun.
It was one of my brothers that freaked out the first time I plopped on the couch to watch TV with them. Thankfully both my parents chided him and were on my side.
Schedule a family dinner, prepare his favorite dish, open a bottle of whatever he likes, be pleasant, be cozy, explain that the two of you have a lifestyle change you would like to make that he might, at first, be a little uncomfortable with, wear clothing that is not confrontational but that is very comfortable and loose being prepared to disrobe after dinner, tell him what it is you wish to do, and after clearing the table disrobe. I think he will be supportive.
Ask your dad if is ok with it an does he want to join in with the two of you I take it you would be ok with him being naked with you
Just come right out and ask your dad if you all can start going nude all the time at home. I'm willing to bet he says yes. I'm frequently nude at home (though I live alone) and it's the only way to go! Best for the whole family!
You're both adults. It's about time you got your own apartment so you can be nude without your dad seeing.
If your dad is anything close to normal he would not allow it, around himself anyway.
Have some respect for your father. Like the above poster said, get your own place.
