I work as a telemarketer. A fundraiser. Lately, I been making obscene phone calls to people who have been rude to me in past fundraising calls. I use a false name and a made up cause. I get a lot of satisfaction from offending and fooling these total assholes. Is this normal?
So you annoy them, they are rude... so you annoy them some more? You're an asshole.
It's normal to want to crank call people who are rude to you, but not normal to actually crank call them.
You have a job annoying people in the privacy of their own home, but when they get offended, you intentionally harass them more for your own enjoyment. Fucking asshole.

The top priority for you as a telemarketer is to raise the fund and profit of your company. If using fake and false names do not affect your job profile and performance adversely then you are doing excellent and superb deed. I can feel your emotions and irritation when you are behaved rudely by others. You ought to teach them lesson in their way. Please proceed further. I am with you!
