You trip out harder than any drug in existence when you are dreaming , these dreams are not reality . They are temporary experiences like the one you suffered off the weed :D Just remember you will be back to reality soon enough and slowly come back to full speed after a panic attack . Try to avoid strains that induce them also ( harder if you don't use a dispensary ) but if you can , avoid it . There are some strains that are just known for inducing paranoia or anxiety or both however long term smokers deal better with it when it happens. Just get to know the weed slowly , no rush ! no contest! smoke a hit and chill back! you don't need to "keep up" . you still need to learn to get "use to being high"
