  • Tell her what your boundaries are. It will require a frank conversation but at least you can get her to stop the problem behaviour without things turning mutually sour. When that happens, it all gets a LOT harder to sort out.

    • She arrived here talking very badly about a former boss in another company and who I got along really well, I worked there too

      Shes a real POS, why you are all standing up for her is beyond me

      • I don't think Ruth is standing up for anything, but rather that she is encouraging you to handle this in a mature, and civilized manner. Why stoop to this other person's level?
