Every woman is different. It also depends on the situation - I can come in under a minute on occasion, but I've also been known to take closer to an hour. My average time with my husband is probably about 10-15 mins for my first one, and then any subsequent orgasms will follow on easily in 5 mins or less.
Also you tend to find these things speed up with age. So a woman who took 40 mins in her 20s will probably get quicker into her 30s and 40s - assuming she has a competent lover who listens to her wants. I know for me I rarely had orgasms at all when I first started having sex, they were more common but took a while in my 20s, but by the time I hit my 30s they were easy to come by (pun intended.
